The larger one is on the left and measures 57 * 53mm. Marked free intra peritoneal fluid and intraperitoneal seedlings were noted.
Pooly defined umblical mass measuring 50 * 49mm in keeping with sister joseph's sign is evident.
Doctors in the house, I need ur candid reaction and possible solution.
