Psalms 51 I can read out. In my belief's in God, we asked what people would like us to pray for them in prayer?

each person is supposed to pick a date on that date he will state his own prayer intention and propose a psalm with which all may use in praying for him.

It isn't about reading the psalms, we catholics do not just read psalms as a book of the bible, we actually pray the psalms.
