Na the last move wey make sense pass.

U dnt need to ask nepa to cut ur light cos if u stay in my area (Mgbuoba NTA Rd, Port hatrcourt) where the last time we hd light ws 17th March 2014, u wld hv no problem wif that.

Another would be try positioning ur ass directly at his face so he cld wake up to the frightening sight in the middle of the night (preferably without shorts on wld be strongly recommended).

U cld also eat a lot of boiled eggs and then proceed to degass(fart) anywhere arnd where he is.

It's fun expressing the pain an unwanted vistor causes this way grin

lol its not easy to discharge a chronic squatter. I have one as right now he sleeps in one if the bed rooms for a year now and does nothing rather than finish my food with his numerous chicks,as a childhood friend it's difficult to ask him to leave cos I think of tomorrow too.tried on several occasions to discharge this guy for where!!! after few days he will appear.i remember telling him I have owed the landlady for two years and she is calling the police for me so am going on hiding for one month pending when I have money so he should park his things.the next day the guy went to confront her without my knowledge.i tire

In life, you get what you want if you are persistent.
I don't agree with anything written up there cause it would not solve the problems.

First off, before accepting any visitor, state your terms. Don't fall victim to anyone in the name of love.

Secondly, Never loosen your guard cause anything can happen.

Thirdly, When the time stipulated is around the corner, remind your guest. Stick to the initial agreements.

Finally, Give the person a farewell gift. Part as friends as much as you can. Don't accept any extension because that's how it starts and your grip on your visitor loosens.

My brother u never jam stubborn fly o. It happened to me on campus, was stayin alone when this fresher begged to stay with me, was in my finals. I was skeptical at first then I issued my terms and conditions. After 2months of packing in, u need to see my room, it was upside down, virtually doing everything in the room while the lazy ass sleeps and invites friends. The day my head spark ehn, I threw his bags out and even wanted to refund his money but my neighbors insisted I shouldnt since he didnt even pay up to half of my rent and also used more than 6months.

The idiot thought I was joking at first and was packing back his bags, na my neighbors throway am back.lol. He started begging and even called him mum to apologise to me on his behalf. If not for em mumsy, took him in back but ensured he slept out that night. Since then, the guy park well. Later handed over my room to him on graduating.
Some people needs iron hand before they get the drift

how can you be telling me that you plan to buy a car!!and this guy worked in the civil service for 5yrs o,before he left it for this job,as for me I started working barely a year ago,managed to get accommodation,i've talked to him and he's telling me month end,infact I dey follow am find accommodation for him.
