Women are generally lazy when it comes to exercising regular, the reason we have plenty women with funny shapes and sizes.

Many would love to look like Kate but that hot body comes with a price and how many is ready to pay? From some of the comments by some of the ladies, you can deduce that they are just lazy

Continue the good work Kate, regular exercise is a healthy lifestyle.

The age of the average stroke victim is falling. The other day I saw a woman around Auntie Kate's age with hemorrhagic stroke at my working place. Sadly she died. (She was brought in too late).

Even as you admire Auntie Kate....remember....exercise is really good for you. You may not live to 170 years of age....but you may have a better quality of life.

So head to that gym today......or if there is no gym....1 hour walking everyday is good too. No excuses.
