The problem with recovering money from OBJ, IBB and Abdulsalami is the absence of probe report indicting them. Whereas in the case of those I mentioned earlier, there are reports of investigation/probes carried out by this outgoing regime which will be the basis for recovering their loots. I am sure if there are previous report asking those past Head of States to refund some money, GMB will make them return such monies.

He has to probe the PTDF allegation and indictment against obasanjo and Atiku.
