You and I know how difficult it is to prosecute so called big men in Nigeria. Its not about the Prosecution. Its about saving lives. GEJ may have soften his resolve against Sanusi's prosecution to save lifes and property. If GEJ should prosecute Sanusi today, northern people will rise up in arms. The prosecution will be interpreted as an attack against the North.
