We helped to reduced your over blotted population by using over 2 million of you for pepper soup and suya during the senseless Biafran war you foolish leader Ojukwu started. He didn't do anything wrong. Ephedrine is NOT a narcotics, it's a legal prescription and over the counter drug. It can even be bought online if one so wish. Ephedrine is a chemical precursor for Amphetamine. When you posses 51 kilogrammes of that unlawfully that is a serious offence of course if you are a pharmacist importing it lawfully then that would be a defence as is equally the case for Heroin which is also know as Diamorphine and is a prescription Possession of amphetamine precursor ephedrine as determined by possession of large quantities is a felony in Nigeria and many countries eg http://www.albop.com/20-2-190%20-%20EPHEDRINE%20AUG%202012.pdf http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/791976.shtml |

EPHEDRINE http://www.albop.com/20-2-190%20-%20EPHEDRINE%20AUG%202012.pdf §20 - 2 - 190. Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. (a) Any person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives or possesses a listed precursor chemical violates this article if the person: (1) Knowingly fails to comply with the reporting requirements of this article; (2) Knowingly makes a false statement in a report or record required by this article or the rules adopted thereunder; (3) Is required by this article to have a listed precursor chemical license or permit, and is a person as defined by this article, and knowingly or deliberately fails to obtain such a license or permit. An offense under this subsection shall constitute a Class C felony. (b) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 20 - 2 - 188, a person who poss esses, sells, transfers, or otherwise furnishes or attempts to solicit another or conspires to possess, sell, transfer, or otherwise furnish a listed precursor chemical or a product containing a precursor chemical or ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, their sal ts or optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers commits an offense if the person possesses, sells, transfers or furnishes the substance with the knowledge or intent that the substance will be used in the unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance. An offense under this subsection shall constitute a Class B felony.ALABAMA Ephedrine is the main ingredient used in making Meth Tablets in your laboratories in Festac and Anambra and you lot must really be very stupid if you think we are not aware |

You really are a bona-fide Ediot. I searched that entire pdf for the exact quote you highlighted and Nowhere was such written. Typical of a yoruba...forgery. Anyway from that same pdf you just provided Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 20-2-188, a person who possesses, sells, transfers, or otherwise furnishes or attempts to solicit another or conspires to possess, sell, transfer, or otherwise furnish a listed precursor chemical or a product containing a precursor chemical or ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, their salts or optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers commits an offense if the person possesses, sells, transfers or furnishes the substance with the knowledge or intent that the substance will be used in the unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance. An offense under this subsection shall constitute a Class B felony. As I stated earlier. It's a LEGAL prescription drug and Not a narcotics. It's only illegal when it's made or sold by non pharmacist or intent to use illegal aka converted to bath salts and sold as bath salts which onyebusi didn't do. Thus like I said earlier onyebusi can easily overturn his arrest especially if he is a chemist, pharmacist or working for either one. The only criminal there is your Yoruba brethren Next time post an article that actually agrees with your post. Illiterate just like your NDLEA. |

tv05457:Your mother is a m.oron I highlighted it does that make it a quote : The article is from America. I was talking about Nigeria and so could not be quoting an Alabama law to that effect. slowpoke!! It is NOT a quote it is an opinion bases on the fact that he was arrested and many others have been arrested and prosecuted before him. If you possess 50 kg of paracetamol without a licence it is a crime not to talk of ephedrine which i a precursor of amphetamine and carries up to 20 years in the Alabama.I was not posting because I care what you wil say or think but to provide a refutation to others who will read the rubbish you posted. That chemist argument applies to heroin too but in both cases won't work. He must have declared it and have a licence and so the question of arrest will not arise you must think you are talking to children A pox on you ,a pox on your mother who will bleed to death, monkey! |

omonnakoda:Yet you stupidly provided an pdf that actually Verified by exact quote. Illiterate. Is it or is not a prescription drug? Is it or is it not sold online either fully or Incorporated into other drugs? Did the same pdf you provided not say and I quote illegal "when sold or made by non pharmacist" like anyother prescription drugs. And also illegal " knowledge or intent to MANFACTURE it into a controlled substance" therefore stating yet again, by itself it's legal. While we at it, where on the original topic did it state Mr . onyebusi is a non licensed pharmacist? Did it mention his occupation therefore how do you stupidly turn your mouth "he's non licensed". Didn't it only states he was traveling with it to Mozambique. The only and most logically reason he was arrested was most likely the fact he had such high amount thus looked suspicious. And like I said earlier as long as he proves he is either a pharmacist, chemist or working in any form of pharmaceutical company, the dude is completely safe since he did NOTHING wrong hence noone is paying to his arrest. They didn't find a narcotics/banned substance on him unlike your brethren. Next time rather than mouthing off and showing your stupidity, keep pim and if you post an article to support your stupidity, make sure the article actually agrees with your stupidity. |

| Re: NDLEA Arrests Pastor With 1.978kg Of Heroin by omonnakoda: 12:13pm On May 07, 2015 |
If My Onye Egusi was a pharmacist wanting to carry 50kg of Ephedrine abroad he is required to get A LICENCE. It is not expected that we would travel wthout a PERMIT and then declaring same If he did that he would not be arrested Of greater interest is where he got it from and the accompanying paperwork for that leg of the journey.Nigeria does not manufacture ephedrine so it is useful to declare the manufacturer, purchase and transportation documents outlining how he came by the drug |

omonnakoda:Morphine is a prescription drug. Heroine is not. Heroine started off as a prescription drug and upon the discovering of it's side effects and how addictive it is.. it became a banned illegal substance worldwide Neither morphine, ephedrine, etc are on it's level. Every prescription drugs can be used illegally dumb@ss especially for those that abuse it. That's why most parents are warned to keep their medications away from their children, also the reason why you need an id verifying your 18 years old before you can buy an ordinary cough medicine in some states in America. Only drugs like heroine, cocaine, etc that have an extremely disastrous side effects and highly addictive are the ones classified as narcotics. Anyway I'm done talking to you. You are too slow. Don't quote me again, I won't reply. I feel like I'm talking to a retard so I'm done. |

tv05457:Shut up you ignorant dolt. the medical name for Heroin is Diamorphine Hydrochloride and it is used for pain relief and also in the care of the terminally ill ,In some countries e.g the UK and a few others it is also available on prescription to addicts so as to reduce unsafe practices such as needle sharing or unwitting overdoses. Please give me a break and STFU https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/medicine/21576 Morphne and heroin are exactly on the same level as far as sentencing is concerned . They are cross addictive meaning a heroin addict can take morphine to relieve its symptoms though heroin is more euphoric the withdrawal symptoms are the same |

http://bulletnewsniagara.ca/index.php?p=Sections&id=4425 Australia By Kris Dube / News Editor May 6, 2015 Share AUSTRALIA - Three Canadians who were involved in the trafficking of 650 kilograms of ephedrine hidden in vanilla powder jars have all been sentenced to terms in an Australian prison. Two of them are from Fort Erie. Catherine Marie McNaughton, 31, and James Wray Kelsey, 28, were sentenced last month in the Melbourne County Court for their separate roles in trafficking jars of chemicals capable of producing deadly drugs. McNaughton was sentenced to four years and nine months imprisonment, with a non-parole period of two years and six months. Kelsey was sentenced to an effective head sentence of eight years imprisonment with a non-parole period of five years. Another Canadian, 48-year-old Edmond Proko, was sentenced to an effective head sentence of 14 years imprisonment with a non-parole period of nine years. During the recent two-week trial, the court heard how the trio travelled to Australia entering on Canadian passports. Proko arrived in July 2013 and Kelsey and McNaughton arrived in September 2013. While in Australia, they were involved in trafficking large quantities of drugs of dependence, namely ephedrine, which were housed at storage facilities located in South Melbourne Port Melbourne. The drugs were contained in boxes, which held numerous jars of white powder, labelled Wilson Flavours Vanilla Powder 1 kg., according to a press release from the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, Australia's federal prosecution service. During the execution of a search warrant in September 2013 at a storage facility, police located 22 cardboard boxes containing the jars, which were analyzed and found to contain 655.9 kilograms of white powder, with an estimated purity of 31.1 per cent ephedrine, and therefore containing 189.6 kilograms of pure ephedrine. |
