Just resign and look for a job that pays within 25th and 26th..

My Former boss, if e never reach 15 he no go pay me. There was even a time he paid me on the 20th!! My guy all I can say is that you should bear it and adjust because you may never understand how worse it can get when you leave for somewhere else..

Just assume the month ends on 9th

Some people complain of being owed up to 6months salary and you're here complaining of late payment. . Not saying it's a good practice but then ur case is better, he even pays within the first 10days of the subsequent month...

Na wa oooo. what of if u only av stable resumption time unstable closing time like 6pm,7pm,8pm even 10pm at times and no public holiday even on xmas day muslim we go to work and vice-versa, what do u think dat person can do?

A friend of mind who is working with ppmc-nnpc as a casual staff in warri area is complaining bitterly that he has not been paid for over 8 months now. choii, this one na modern day slavery.
