It can fit, but without the swimming pool. Note that the rooms have their separate individual kitchens(hostel or apartment type). If you want it as a hotel, then it need to be redesigned to suit and serve that purpose. Thanks.

Hello ihebrooke. Please, how much will it cost to have a plan drawn for a 3-storey building, open office with no wall sub-divisions.
I think the land is about 40ft by 30ft. I got your number from this thread already, so I will give you a call later.

@ihebrooke.....so its like a service apartment system then, if its ensuite with a kitchen. does each room entail a lounge? trying to work around your concept in my mind.

Yes, but it doesn't have a lounge. It was designed as a hostel. It also has common rooms.
