Tragedy on Thursday struck the ranks of the Delta State Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) as a chieftain of the party , Dr. Brown Knowledge Anderson slumped and died in a hotel room in Asaba.

Already detectives from the state police command are trying to unravel the circumstance the led to the death of Anderson.

Dr. Adasen the Delta State Treasurer of the party was reportedly found dead in Hotel Valerie located on Direct Labour Agency road Asaba few hours he checked into the room.

The deceased who resided in Warri with his family had arrived Asaba to partake in his inauguration as a member of End of Tenure Committee constituted by Governor Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan when the tragedy struck.

Dr. Adasen was reportedly driven to the Hotel on his request to have a moment rest ahead of the ceremony but the driver became apprehensive when his boss who had told him about the inauguration period did not respond.

All efforts by the driver to reach his boss through phone calls did not yield the desired result. This development according to sources prompted the driver to request the Hotel Management for its spare key
to the room where Adasen a medical was discovered dead.

At the state police headquarters, a group of detectives it was learnt had been assembled to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death.

However, the body has been deposited at the Federal Medical Centre Asaba, as the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer DSP Celestine Kalu who confirmed the incident said investigation into the matter has commenced

The rich and poor fears death. The rich won't want to die because of the riches he has accumulated and the poor too, doesn't want to die and rest despite living in penury. One thing is common to all of them, they all want to make heaven not hell and yet, death is the last thing they wish for.

If we could live every second as our last on earth, we would behave better. At the end of all the wealth, riches and penury, one leaves and return to the dust where he came from.

You finished secondary school under pdp led administation, scaled through uni/poly under pdp, went for youth service under the same administration, finished youth service and relegate back home, you have been roaming the street for sometime now and your status still remain the same under the same party, opportunity now present itself to have a better change, you still don't grab it when you have all the chance.
