Which of these vehicles (1,2,3) have to go first and which one follows?

Car #2 goes first, its heading straight on the major road.
Car #3 goes next, its exiting the major road so should be given priority
Lastly Car #1 enters the major road when its safe to do so.....

That rule works when you are approaching a round about in Nigeria (LHD country) as the person on the round about has the 'RIGHT OF WAY' as you are to he's right.

In this case above #2 is closet to the junction so he goes first followed by #3, #1 should wait till the major road is clear before 'putting head' unfortunately Nigerians are always in a hurry.

Op kindly clarify if the 2,3 and 1 order is wrong

I don't think any one spotted there is a warning sign of a T junction for car 2 which means he need to give right to Car 3

so it's 3 then 2 then 1

There ought to be a traffic light there. There isn't any special rule that determines who should go and who shouldn't.

Yes, that is correct there is no traffic light, but there is a warning sign . With a warning sign you should be prepare and ready to stop
