Op I am into MLM, I cant encourage you to join: you worship the money as if it is wiser than industries that power MLM or that an ebook seller can never manage to multiply a million. Go buy your church land, take it to heaven when the trumpet shall sound. Good thinking, good product. Land will sell in heaven.

You are sitting on top of big money. At the same time, it is small money.

The value of money is determined by its handler...

Sometimes it is not too wise getting involve in landed property that you wont develop for so long. If one of the sellers' principal signatories die, you may have to repurchase or lose the land. Prepare for arbitrary costs and intrigues that goes with land. As for my mlm, it is good and you do not need much to start except you want to become a dealer, thats worth 4million.

THE LAND IS ABOUT 500 ACRES AND EVEN IF THEY MAKE IT A CAMP GROUND WHICH I BELIEVE IT MIGHT BE USED FOR AND BUILD SCHOOLS E.T.C THEY CANT FINISH BUILDING ON SUCH EXPANSIVE LAND, SO THEY ARE GIVING MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A PLOT OR TWO
