Why does Buhari always refer to the 'The last 16 years'? Was Nigeria a land of Milk and Honey in 1999. The corruption and waste and inept leadership has been around since Independence. He tries to make it sound like it's only been in the last 16 years that all Nigeria's problems have arisen. Was Nigerian Airways working at full capacity in Abacha's time? Was NNSL? Please Buhari should stop all the blame throwing. Get into office, appoint seasoned technocrats to run vital ministries and departments, clamp down on ALL corruption and in 4 years Nigerians will see a difference in their daily life. It's not rocket science just needs determination.
I think those people around him are giving him tough time!

Buhari knows that those who contributed largely to the ruining of Nigeria is all around him, instead of blaming them, he now blames the last 16yrs of pdp as if Nigeria was progressing so well until pdp came to power. They can't rewrite history.

The people that has looted Nigeria dry are Buhari's friends.
try to read and understand, he said,d money gej and pdp has received is more than what nigeria receive since 1914, he also mean nigeria was working before, until pdp take us back to ground zero, he ask where is nigeria airline, railway and shipping line, gej is a curse to nigeria, buhari is a blessing to nigeria, a man after God's own heart,

I hope many will read and understand well b4 insulting the amiable General...cos I know of some pple that are always looking for an opportunity to type "BabaOneChance".

If only some of us know how GEJ and his cohorts raped the beautiful lady called Nigeria, you ll understand what Buhari is saying.. angry cry

Let's be calm and watch how Buhari will gradually turn things around.

Turning Garri... This senile man can't do nothing. Don't delude yourself into thinking otherwise.

Dear Buhari,

Congratulation once again for your victory at the polls.

Now to the point of this letter: You have got 4 years to keep ALL your campaign promises and your time starts May 29 at 00hrs. Please note that we will not tolerate any form of excuses for non performance as nobody forced you to make those promises. We were told that you are a man of your words, so please in your own best interest, keep your words.

We are not asking for heaven on earth, no. We are simple asking that you deliver on YOUR promises:

4 refineries
40mw of electricity
Naira = dollars
N5,000 for unemployed
One year allowance for corp members
Free qualitative education
Fight against corruption, (not selective fight please)
and many more.

Please dont come asking for more time because we dont have the luxury of more time. Dont tell us to be patient, because if we wanted to be patient, Jonathan would have been our perfect man. Dont tell us past leader destroyed the economy because you were one of them. Just get to work and get us result. If you cant deliver, now is the time throw in the towel.

Be guided

No comment for now till may 29th when GMB will officially become the President of the FRN then I will start responding to every statement emanating from him.

For somebody to aspire to become the President of a country shows that he understands the needs and challenges of his country and have a realistic model on how to fix such problems.

Why promise heaven on earth during campaign and after winning the elections based on such hope raising campaign promises then u start campaigning again that people should reduce their expectations from u?

I am giving GMB the benefit of the doubt that he never said all these recent statements attributed to him and even if he said them, im still not gonna hold him accountable because those statements were made in his bedroom as buhari but not as the President of the FRN.

Very uninspiring; very banal by the semi-literate cattle rearer!

Well it's not too late Buhari, you can quit and wait for another time, rather than weeping! This semi-literate is just cooking up excuses at every opportunity rather than think-out a way to solve whatever problem he envisage. Can someone tell the semi-literate that he was elected to solve problems not to blab about it's cause or point fingers!

If anyone at all is to be blamed for stagnancy in the system, it should be Buhari and his junta, and other military dictators after him. Buhari set the hands of clock backward with his 1983 coup that truncated democracy and infrastructure growth such as the Lagos Metroline project. IBB and Abacha only capitalised on his bad example!

Foolish bloody complaining semi-literate! Get on with the program already!

Always Oil. Oil, Oyel!!!
What happened to AGRICULTURE and MANUFACTURING what we consume??

What happened to stopping the billions stolen via petroleum products importation and refining our own oil here in Nigetia?

Must we always depend on selling crude oil? Japan, Germany, USA, China, SA , Australia etc etc etc ALL developed without OIL !
