IF they're really the ones, then i smell kebabs from their meat already!!! If the police is sure about them, then it's painful death for them all the way!!!

Since most of you are skeptical, let me help the police.

Are the suspects from the SE?, if yes the police got the right men. If no, further investigations required and the paraded suspects (illegal btw) are most likely innocent.

The guys whose pics were all over d social media then are muscular with military type physique,but these ones here don't luk anything like d 2 guys that were captured on camera then.
Why am even more suspicious is the police putting on that military cap on one of d captured ones here,knowing full well one of d 2 then was wearing same.
It looks a bit too convenient for one to bliv.
If only finger printing was employed in Nigeria,some of these ID doubts would have been put to rest.

Exactly my thoughts...i don't trust our police force one bit...

I remember those days when our govt used to order the execution of robbers by fiiring squad and they'd show it on TV for Nigerians to see;why has that stopped?

Nigeria Police is one of the most corrupt agencies in Nigeria. But any day you mistakenly kill one of their own in a robbery incident, be sure you are up against one of the most resilient and intelligent forces in the world. They will fish you out and treat you to a horrible death!

If they pity you and charge you to court, know that its a notorious case and they want to show the public they are working. Of which when you are charged and sentenced, they will arrange your demise in prison.

I still appreciate Nigeria Police force!

Federal SARS is the only dept I so much trust in Nigeria police as they don't arrest innocent people

A cousin of mine was involved in an armed robbery incident in lagos, but I tell you he was hunted right to akwa ibom state where he went to hide.

Although at the end of the day it was discovered he was framed up because the criminals were close friends who used to live with him in his house.

Although the family and extended family spent. A huge some to clear him off police net but that incident told me never to under estimate this our Nigeria police.

Yes, you have a good point! I have always said it too, if the Nigeria police mean business, I can stand on it that they mean business and they will get to the root of any matter.
I once had a feel of their professionalism when I was mobed by a tanker driver and his boys in Ilorin. It was the grace of God that saved me! They poured petrol on me and hit me so hard I had a deep cut on my face. My crime, I tried to correct him for driving recklessly on a busy road. My brother, I reported the case at the police headquarters, two weeks after the incidence, they were arrested in Minna.
However, so many bad eggs have destroyed the image of the police so much that when a police says good morning, you need to check the time to be sure it is truly morning before you answer. I am not saying those in the picture are not the perpetrators, I ONLY HOPE ARE THE PEOPLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR, THE REAL PERPETRATORS.

The picture of physique of the guys on that video and what am seeing here don't seem there is any resemblance

True talk. The build of those guys I saw on you tube wasn't like these ones o. The robbers had bigger bodies than these scrawny ones.

Na dem be dis true true? Or police dey simulate for us make we bone. I dont trust those guys since they arrested my neighbour coming from his mum's shop and make him take pictures with some arms in the background and later claimed he was a member of a gang.

I dont think these hungry looking slim men were the persons who carried out that violent and massive armed robbery operation....those guys dont have the wit and strength to..the police must have arraigned the wrong persons...

I do understand the psychology though: when you see a man holding a machine gun, your subconscious blows up his physique.

This guys stature look too small when compared to the image displayed during the incidence of the robbery and they look too poor to be bank robbers.

I don't believe these are the guys, watching that robbery video, those guys look hefty than this bonga fish.

The police in Lagos, western Nigeria, have arrested four suspects who allegedly robbed a bank and killed three policemen and two civilians and carted away millions of naira.

The sensational robbery incident that led to the death of five persons happened on 12 March, 2015 in Lekki area of the state.

The suspects were pararded on Wednesday by the State Commissioner of Police, Mr Kayode Aderanti at Ikeja, Lagos.

The four suspects are gang leader, Duke Odogbo, 38, Lawrence Kingsley, 31, Ebi Tosan, 20, and Ekelemo Kuete, 30.


Aderanti said exhibits recovered from the suspects include a Honda Accord 2008 model car, military fez cap, phones and 130 expended ammunition.

He said during the robbery operation, five people were shot dead, three policemen and two civilians.

The policemen killed were Inspector Bethel Agbobu, Sgt Odehohwo George and Cpl Imoisiu Ikechukwu.

The two civilians killed were Mr Sowemimo Kabiru and 15-year-old fish seller, Miss Sarah Ibikunle.

Aderanti said after the incident, he summoned a meeting of various commands and directed the Officer in Charge of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, SP Abba Kyari to take charge of operations to fish out the suspects connected with the robbery.

He said the O/C SARS deployed advanced technology and human resources to Delta, Ogun, Ondo and Ikorodu, and in the course of the operations, one of the suspects, Odogbo the leader of the gang was arrested in Delta State.

Odogbos’s arrest led to the arrest of other suspects who will be charged to court soon after the police have concluded their investigations.
