Jonathan did the right thing for probably once in his life by conceding the election he manifestly lost and the confused man wants a NOBEL PEACE PRIZE.

Someone should please wake this man up and let him know that:
1. It is considered normal to concede an election you have lost except in backward Africa, where thieves and heartless leaders try to hang on to power at all costs.
2. Sure by conceding the election he has spared Nigeria from going into turmoil and violence. But he acted in his own best interest too. It is unlikely that he would have escaped the ensuing violence if he had not conceded; therefore, Jonathan has only done himself a priceless favor systematically...Didn't he see the soldiers dancing after Buhari won?

Lately all his ridiculous comments make it sound like he is having second thoughts.

The man has completely debased the office of the president, and for this, I say: Big SHAME to those of us that wanted this utmost absurdity for another 4 years.

I truly can't wait for May 29th, 2015; this madness must end ASAP!

I heard that Jonathan sacked the Police IG, Suleiman Abba because the man refused to comply with assisting PDP with election manipulation during the presidential election.
Instead of Mr president to focus more on putting together a smooth transition process, he is busy with sacking and firing. I heard Mr. president has only started to ask questions he was supposed to ask 3 years ago and also firing people he wasn't supposed to hire 3 to 4 years ago. Isn't it amusing how Dr Jonathan all of a sudden woke up from an everlasting comatose?

Nigeria we hail thee,
Our own dear native land,
Though tribe and tongue may differ,
In brotherhood we stand,
Nigerians all, and proud to serve
Our sovereign Motherland.

I predict that Dr Jonathan has a lot of questions to answer when his position expires on May 29th.

@ OP,Some say politics is a "dirty, behind the scene game" I totally agree. we've all heard and seen a lot of things happen in this country either from the television, internet, gossip blogs etc. But the real deals that go on in the "political circle", we hardly get to know, all we get is Jonathan did this buhari did that, etc. I wonder who doesn't have a skeleton in his cupboard, or who is so perfect.
So if Jonathan feels he deserves a noble prize, that's his own headache

who hasn't dreamt of achieving something at a point in his or her life without even working towards it ? day dreaming to be precise

Honestly, Jonathan's followers were just too weak, unstable, and unfocused for him to make any weird move. He simply didn't have any other choice but to quickly concede.
It would have been a senseless suicide for him to do anything else, especially, against a former military head of state.

When I realised your moniker is Zombie, I felt relieved. I couldn't expect anything more reasonable from a programmed zombie. You are excused sir for being so stupid.

It is only in Africa that we want special recognition award for doing what we supposed to do; even my gate-man wants a prize for opening the gate for visitors.

When you lose an election you concede... this is not a big deal, but what you supposed to do.

who is mandela sef? I really hate the hype abt this mandela guy. what really did he do sef? the guy sold south African or the whites. that is a fact. the guy agreed to let the whites stay if he was released. that was the reason why his first course of action was to allow the whites retain every thing they owned instead of them relinquishing it and going to their lands. that fraud was widely given recognition by the whites.
