You tell a Nigerian that a person is a thief, he believes you instantly. An hour later you come back and tell the same person that you made a mistake in your earlier pronouncement but he wouldnt believe your rebuttal, he wouldnt even listen to you anymore because people tend to hear only what they want to hear...
