Is it that one cannot get federal jobs on a platter of Gold in Nigeria,why didn't they let us know our scores all through the process? I met all their requirements(French Graduate+Physical requirements) and I saw my interview scores,it was very ok,but wasn't shortlisted. I wonder why they made us go through all the process,when its gonna be business as usual.

I can vouch for this process, t'was definitely not business as usual, otherwise someone like me would never have a chance, I think most of it were dependent on this federal character thingy, probably u had a lot of competition in ur home- state, or ur total store(CBT, interview and documentation average) was kinda low or they wanted a limited number of French graduates after all, and finally the God-factor, its possible he wants somtin better for u. take pride in the fact that u got this far, 630,000 Nigerians couldnt. you are special, I wish u d best.

If you apply for COLNASS 8, the chances of you been given employed is slim, its only those that applied with nce, ssce or any lower qualification that are likely to be employed except you know someone big up there. My cousin did her test in ekiti and she was opportuned to meet with the Secretary to the controller of the state, the secretary told her that she should have applied with her ssce. My cousin who is a degree holder was shocked at that, when she actually asked some of the candidates, she met one or two of them who affirmed what the secretary said, these candidates are graduates like her but they had to use their ssce to apply while some with ND used that to apply.

I peeped at my result sheet and my scores were good,and my interviewers recommended me well,they even asked if I was posted to Benin Republic cos of my course,will I like it,I was like yes and they acted like they hadn't since any French Grad since morning,I tell you French Grad are very few. They told me to go pray,they did their part. I just can't understand the whole process

Did NIS clearly state they needed mainly French grads? Whatever the case maybe it's never easy understanding why you weren't chosen especially if your interview was a breeze..just take heart and know that God sees your struggle and will meet u at your point of need. God bless
