I think the main problem is that a lot of the older generation of igbos have fed the younger generation with a lot of hateful tales about their fellow countrymen, this especially applies to those igbos that have hardly stepped out of their comfort zone in the SE.

Igbos are full blooded Nigerians. I would trust them over an Urhobo or Ijaw man at the presidency to perform better but an area of concern is the desire for a divided Nigeria, and until this aspect is resolved, it might be difficult for other tribes to trust them wholly. I would trust Rochas any moment.
