The bill is in dollar and not naira. It could be the total bill and not breakfast only. Even then, it is outrageous.

This is not correct because the hotel was in lebanon according to the receipt so the bill was not naira denominated and secondly if you look properly in the receipt,you will see where they said , the amount due in US dollars --$1044.1which does not translate to 1.5m.

@OP Breakfast bill amounted to 1, 542, 000 Lebanese Pounds. As of today, 1Lebanese = 0.1316 NGN. Hence the bill was approx NGN202, 927.20. Or that 4-digit USD figure also written on the receipt.
