Militants are freedom fighters that fight for a cause unlike boko ha-rams. Freedom fighters are legitimate people so are entitle to any thing all Nigerians get. The pipe line is in our region (Niger-delta) so we need to protect our assets and environment. Buhari will cancel the contract and give it to the northerns to protect our assets.
