Any group of/in Nigeria that stands in the way of GMB for a better Nigeria will be crushed beyond recognition. Why are some people just selfish? In a modern world OPC and niger delta militants(vigilante groups)should watch over a country's monument, It doesn't even sound right.

GMB will do whatever it takes to fix this country, all you people will do is just die for nothing sake. Let the leaders of the tomorrow have a better today.

Hahahhhahhhhahah, the cows and rams wish he can revoke it. whoever wrote this article hs never been to the niger delta and its creek. before. They just sit in that cubicle office and use 20naira bic biro to write rubbish news and publish. See don't undersestimate the people of niger delta. They are very fierce, with will power. If buhari and the cows and rams have 7 heads they should make attempt to stop tompolo. They nigeria should get ready to export onion and water melon and use water to run cars and generators. Buhari call your rams to order , don't take our calmness and our urge for peace as a weakness. We are not the tribe of judas from south west ,this is not 1969 . This is 2015, we have more intellects, professors, highly trained, doctorate degree holders, able militants , rich private indegenes ,more than the south west and north put 2geda. If you dare us now, this time nigeria will be history and there will be a victor and vanquished. I'm proud to b a niger delta man
which part of the Niger delta are u from?

Very wrong move by Buhari.
OPC has proved itself as a good alternative security outfit in southwest & local vigilante with so many neighbourhoods secured by them.
Ex millitants had displayed knowledge of niger delta terrain more than army or navy & are in the best position to secure, as it is now, those pipelines.
Nigeria is struggling to cope with drop in crude prices with a third of the states unable to pay workers salaries, Nigeria will simply collapse with any further drop in oil revenue.
The point is that those guys arent securing anything at all; thet arent doing the job they are paid billions for at all.

Yes no doubt, they know the terrain very well and can do a very good job at securing the pipelines if they want to buy the militants simply collect billions monthly and spend their whole time in abuja Wining and dining. The very second GEJ got into government and gave the contract to militants, oil bunkery escalated to an unprecedented 400,000 barrels per day. That is a loss of about $40million daily or $1.2billion monthly for the country.

The militants instead of securing the pipelines, they all have bunkering vessels with which they now siphon crude daily without opposition and this is a product they are suppose to guard. The militants also provide private security for other 'big men' involved in bun kering activities even though they are under a FG contract to secure the pipelines.. It is really ridiculous if you fet the teal details of what is going on in the creeks. This very activities forced Shell to pull out of the entire Delta state.

Try 2 be more enlightened it wud help ur course.
Who do u think wud suffer more if a pipeline is blown up; buhari or d woman in d creeks. Again if it is done and leads 2 reduction of d nations revenue in turn each state gets a reduce allocation, SS states inclusive.

You can never solve this problem with force, most people talking have never been to the creeks. Buhari has a fellow president in that area (GEJ) , all you need is to be engage him to negotiate with the boys , can introduce alternative programs in those areas that will really impact the lives of the people.
They (militants) knows the country is desperate need of cash so they will cooperate especially when approach by one of their own. But if Buhari and APC thinks this about getting back at GEJ or the Niger Delta then this country will be in deep shit soon. We have tink tanks in this country, their job is to proffer peaceful solutions.

oga Nigeria can no longer afford these kind of frivolous spending.. do u not know what's on ground at all for our economy? Buhari has to cut as much unimportant government payments as possible just to keep the country running and pay salaries till he can diversify the economy which will take a few years at least. Try to understand the reason behind an action before you open ur wide mouth to rant thinking everything is about ethnicity.
