There is a practical diff btw conviction n actual serving! He was sentenced to sum two two-years jail which were to run concurrently n thereafter backdated to 2007!!! In actual sense he ddnt do any jail time!

If you have a case against Abacha then take him to the law court and jail him, not level accusations just like GEJ was doing to Tinubu through AIT and the hate documentary.
