Pls my z10 stl001 camera has refused to open..it keeps saying camera can't be started...for over two months now...and am running the latest OS....i hv taken it to callus minner in ph, they put the whole cameras they hv and it keeps saying the same thing.....pls I really love this phone...is there any solution..or is the camera not going to work again....pls help ur brother !!! thanks

For stl100-1, i assume its a software issue and not hardware issue, im surprised you are still experiencing this even while you're on the latest OS. Some troubleshooting method are known to have fixed it. You could remove you SD and try opening you camera app through picture app or the camera app. You could also do a hard reset or wipe. one solution that worked for me was to downgrade the OS to the earliest version, and then worked my way to 10.2, and i let it update to the latest from there. hope it helps

Blackberry is at 10.3.1 now, just so you know. Nevertheless, even when my OS was 10.2.1, I successfully played, Max Payne, Grand Theif Auto, and other heavy HD games on it, just Batman Arkraym city or so refused to play and that was cos I didn't have Play Store installed, I could have bypassed that by installing the Play store apk I have on my system but I didn't. Don't say BlackBerry 10 doesn't run important apps just cos you read it somewhere, you should have rather asked us that use it
