It's called a Christmas/oil production tree and it's usually installed/mounted atop newly drilled wells. That's all you should know for now.

It's an old wellhead looks more like a gas well from a distance.Most of them are usually found in onshore facilities especially the marginal fields being shared by our criminals and their cohorts in Abuja and they have too many manual valves to give any man enough muscles grin
