This is just a tip of the iceberg of Buhari's reign of terror back then in the 80s. Nigerians are so quick to forget. Well, BabaOneChance will remind them soon enough.

Why did Dikko refused to return to a country he was a minister if his hands are cleaned. Those people and not Buhari put us in our present situation. Before it was Ghana must go. But now, Nigerians are the ones being chased all over the world.
Please let all politicians remain in Nigeria if they don't want a repeat of that.

The British were not willing to extradite Dikko. Dikko was a top corrupt politician, in fact, he was de-facto president under Shagari and was responsible in accumulating wealth for himself as Minister of Transport. Immediately the government was overthrown, he escape Nigeria by road through the borders and flew to the UK.

Dikko's kidnap was highly commendable in the country. However, the British felt embarrassed that first, it secret service did not notice that plot and second, it happened within its sovereignty. I wish to also state that Buhari had personal grudges with Dikko and he wanted to settle such by bringing him home alive.

Why show us? Today Buhari who approved that crime is the darling of majority of Nigerians; because a group of people and Jonathan who some tribalists deemed "unqualified" to lead Nigeria must be forced to leave Aso Rock. I am done reading all the posts. I have no contribution to make on this. I have my views though about the legality or otherwise of drugging and crating an accused. I have my views about kidnapping people and thinking it is right. I also hold my views on executive recklessness and high handedness. I know what i think about maximum rulership and democratic process. I shall live to see the change that a leopard will bring to its spots. When they kill catholics and others and i refuse to talk because i am none of those, when they come for me, will they be anyone left to speak? The world will be watching us.
