Many thought Buhari was going to disregard the rule of law and just send people to prison, democracy don't work like that.
So they intend using courts like GEJ, there's no change then.

No! GEJ favourite pastime is pardons for convicts, and most merely escape with light fines no jail time, now tell me if you know a better incentive to steal than that.
