Yes, It does. But only on selected Sims.

Warning! it zaps x3 ,better go for d android plan which also zaps but at a reduced rate n at a specific time

Dial *440*16# to subscribe. I use it on my Nokia Lumia and it doesn't zaps. Dunno abt android though.

Don't use *440*16# bcus is for normal 2gb. Use *440*161# which is for 4gb. U can dial it b4 u load to confirm if u r eligible.
