Please keep the matter strictly confidential so his mum would not hurt him, if you can't counsel him just take him to closest Hiv guidance and counseling unit.

Since he s already taking his meds, i think he needs lots of love and care frm u. Nw s d tym to practise wot u tot dem. Show him love, dont discriminate against him, and keep his secret. He shld continue wt his treatment and tests.
