I can't say it's easy exactly because studying in english is surely easier. But it shouldn't be a much of a problem after you've learnt it well enough.

I contacted fsb this afternoon, the woman that picked the phone told me that china had long been contacted. When I querried her further, she got provoked, so I had to politely end the call.
