Please, doctors in the house, I can't get myself for the past 5 days especially my manhood. I saw white fluid coming out of my manhood every time. My pants are always wet, sticky and stinking. I experience pains all over my manhood.

See an urologist for a check up on your scrotum and other places. Yeah, sounds like gonorrhoea.
