Hello, It's been over 9 days now that I tried to withdrawn 40600 from my naijabet.com bet account. A success transaction message was sent to my account on naijabet.com but I have since not seen the money in my account. .. Have called your customer care, I have emailed, I have open ticket, but up till now I'm still yet to receive my money. P. S the money has been deducted from my naijabet.com account but it's not been delivered into my account. |

stiles009: @stiles009, The transaction has been successfully processed on 1st June. you are aware that the transaction was processed within 24hrs but failed, it was reprocessed and failed again on 26th May, back to NaijaBet account. This issue of failed interbank transfers, one day our banks would get it right. |

Whenever u hear NaijaBet be very careful,I requested a withdrawal on Oct 1 on my naijabet affiliate account but up till today I havent seen a dime in my account .They sent me a false successful transaction email and have deducted my earnings from my account but nothing sent to my account. Have email their customercare several time but they keep telling me that two things are possible, its either the withdrawal was sent and my bank failed to alert me or the transactions failed and was reverted to their account. If any of the case maybe how long will in take for this to be rectified ? Its already 7days now yet nothing. Their Affiliate program is a sham and waste of time. Errors on my account balance I will like to bring to your notice some troubling errors I my account reconciliation, my account bwlwnce reads negative , this should be improper because I am charged before bets are placed . I am finding this poor service delivery and winning bets that I have , were used to settle negative balance errors. Similarly I cannot even place bets . I have been a good customer and feel very cheated at the moment. Pls I want this rectified and my account credited appropriately with the funds from winning bets, I also demand for compensation for the opportunities missed. Good day |
