For many saying Ameachi didn't collect from ECA but from FAAC, FG was taken to court by the same governors when it wanted to be saving from excess crude oil, the Governors demanded that they would save on their own, so there is no saving; the money is always shared every month between the FG and the Governors.
Let's stop making these Governors look like angels. Can they account for what they've done with their own shares? Do we know these same Governors collect security votes, LG allowances, what do they do with them. While FG is always asked to be accountable, States shouldn't be spared.

You can't eat your cake and have it. The State Governors are the most corrupt set of people in Nigeria. These thieves were the same people that threatened to sue FG if the ECA was not shared among the states of the federation but later turned back to blame the FG for liquidating the account. Everybody is blaming the FG without asking simple questions about what the States and Local Governments are doing with the allocation they get every month. What is the essence of federalism, if the governments that are closer to the people cannot give simple dividends of democracy to the people.

She said the ECA accounts are published monthly, why not direct us to the publications so we can see things for ourselves, or is it a secret publication?
