OP your suggestion is awful, according to the act that established EFCC, the agency can only be chaired by a retired chief judge or a retired police officer of a rank not lower than ASP as at the time of retirement, so Jega does not fit in except you want the act repealed over-night.

FYI,the present chair of EFCC is still a serving police officer.dont forget that Ribadu was also still in service when he was the chairman.Farida it was who served as chair after her retirement from the police,then the present chair was the Director of Operations,a position he held during Ribadu's tenure.your assertion that the person must be retired is wrong.check the act exterblishing the commission again.

I think buhari himself is the best man for the job.
He shud forget about the presidency n hand over to someone else
cos he has nothing to offer .

But he has alot to offer as efcc boss.
Dats where his talents are.
