The court berated both the INEC and PDP for promoting “the culture of impunity” by their failure to disqualify Abah from participating in the election in view of the court judgement that had since 2011 affirmed that he (Abah) presented a forged certificate for the purpose of standing for an election.

PDP! I sincerely hope that APC is learning fast! They should learn from the pitfalls of PDP- outrageous impunity, lawlessness, unbridled corruption, playing god, arrogance, hell-inviting lies, base sentiments, bigotry (ethnic and religious), sheer wickedness..It's a long list.

How could a party refuse to obey a court injunction given since 2011 and allowed a verified (indicted) certificate forger to continue to enjoy perks of office as a Member of the House of Representatives for 4 years and even had the temerity to present him again in the recent 2015 elections as PDP candidate? And he won again!

APC, please learn! Learn!!!

There was also evidence in Buhari's case. The Military showed everyone Buhari's file and his certificate wasn't there! Also the fake certificate posted on the Internet by the Principal had many lapses which was exposed by the PDP.

The case challenging Buhari's eligibility wasn't thrown out of court for lack of evidence. Rather it was because the plaintiff said they don't want to distract Buhari's tenure. If that is the case, why didn't the plaintiff decide to withdraw the case against Christian Abah so that they won't distract him since he had already been declared winner? That's the double standards I'm talking about.

I feel ur pain but get it into ur memory that Buhari's Cert. have been found by the Military and a press conference was held in that regard. Some1 in d military withdrew his certificate to sabotage his election process, but God saw Buhari through. Stop living in d past and Get updated!!!

The only press statement released by the Army concerning Buhari's certificate was that his certificate isn't in his file. Don't expose your ignorance here.

Buhari had issues with his WASC certificate and everyone turned a blind eye.

Double Standards. Injustice. Corruption at it's peak.

The evidence include:

Buhari's INEC Form and Buhari's Permanent Voter's Card.

Others would have been brought in if the case had proceeded from it's preliminary stage to the main stage.
