His current MD was in the panel conducting the interview he went for! by Mbkite(op): 5:03pm On May 22, 2015*

It just happened today! A friend of mine met his current employer (MD) where he went for an interview and the MD was among the people conducting the interview for the firm. He was really disorganized immediately he saw the MD and wanted to disappear! What would you do, if you were him?

This is my greatest fear now. My MD doubles as a job consultant, I need a bigger job and I always pray I don't appear b4 a panel he will b a member on. lol

Act as if nothing spoil. Infact exudes confidence.
If you are a bad employee he would want to get you off as quick as possible and if is a bad boss, he would ensure you do not fly.

It definitely depends on your relationship with the M.D,it might even be a blessing in disguise.Just be bold and confident.

Kasala. If the MD's job is a good one, i will abscond from the interview but if i'm tired of the job and looking for a way out. I will just acquit my self with so much confidence and respect too and pretend like nothing happened

Throughout the interview...try to speak well about all the great things you have learnt fron your current working place..and why you think you will do great bringing that experience plus your own great skills.

Don't mention his name...but make his head swell as in (ah ah...we r d ones that trained him na...)
