When someone like me said the North knows about bokoharam on twitter, i was critically insulted by my fellow southerners while some even threaten me with court case if i dont delete the tweet. Now of what basis is the struggle of bokoharam? that they want to create an islamic state and should be granted amnesty? what a frivorous nonsense! they created bokoharam to distabilize GEJ government, once the north are not in power, they are ready to destroy their own zone to get back power. This is the simple principle my generation failed to decipher. We supported them to nail GEJ because we thought GEJ was weak, ofcourse he was because they made is government look so. They sabotage our military, that when they are on a task to raid the bastard camp, someone will have told them overtime about the plan, they ambush our soldiers and kill them, we in the south foolishly attack our military and GEJ government calling him clueless. If we remember the gallant general "ihejiaka(not sure about the spelling), the man is from southeast, he understood the plans of the north, so he opt to use only SS and SE soldiers to face bokoharam, they almost ruin the whole of the north because the idea was a success, that was when GMB said "A fight against bokoharam is a fight against the north". Some Northern elders even said the southeast are retaliating the civil war and killing their people(bokoharam). The SS and SE batallion massacre bokoharam to the extent that amnesty international was sponsored to make noise then. The North connive with some people from the south against the general(ihejiaka), they made serious allegation against him that he was the main sponsor of bokoharam, they pressurize GEJ to the extent that he bow to pressure and remove the general, is removal strengthen bokoharam today. I'm not among the oblivion that will blame GEJ for being weak in tackling insurgency because i saw the handwritings on the wall. They sabotage his government that no country was ready to sell weapon to him, even our bloody brothers south Africa, yet our youth couldnt see this but continue to blame him, thank God for country like russia that sold military wares to us. The north game plan work out and it brought them back to power. I wont be surprise if GMB is sworn in some few days now and chibok girls are immediately rescued.. i laylow for now

It's not possible to break the alliance between the SW and North of Nigeria, more so, as the alliance is aimed to corner crude oil proceeds from the Nigerdelta.

The SW and North are bound together by religion and common ancestry in many places.

The two are bound together by diffidence of many of its people, that's why those people believe that without crude oil in the southsouth, their two areas cannot survive.
