It is seems fuel scarcity is going to be Jonathan's parting gift to Nigerians. He appears to be less bothered over the negative effect the scarcity is having on Nigerians. He is still the president till he hands over power and I feel its not proper for him to feel indifferent on the whole issue unless, he feels that since we voted in Buhari, that we should wait for Buhari to come and solve the problem. Just thinking aloud.
