As far as I know, you have two options:
-Learn HTML/CSS and maybe php or some CMS
-Pay someone to do it for you

please explain for me better on how to create my web for my business, I need d process as guides line

1) learn the languages meant for creating websites: html, css, and maybe javascript and php. then create the website by yourself.
2) or you learn how to use a Content Management System(CMS) like wordpress, joomla drupal etc. Then you can use any of this CmSs to create your website easily.
3) if you are not ready to go through the stress of learning anything, look for a web developer/designer, hire and pay him(the developer) to create your website for you.
