I'll advise you should be patient with your phone repair as spares are not yet available in Nokia care (but anytime soon), any spare you're offered might be fake.

Pele. The screen broke Thursday morning, first thing I did after it happened was to call a friend to inform him of my intention to sell lol. There is a good chance that the screen might be cover by Lumia insurance though.

I got the phone on the 9th (may). Send me a mail if u'r interested. I informed other people of my intention to sell yesterday so Its first come first serve monday morning

I have a Lumia 635 which refuses to show my desktop menu (win8). Yet I can still take calls. But can't make calls as I can't access d menu. Any idea please help, thanks.

If its the menu button it might be a touch problem but if its just a particular function on the screen it recommend firmware update. Its high time you upgrade to W8.1

Hello house, I want to commend your good job here.
Meanwhile I have a Lumia 520 that went blank screen, if you plug it to light it will vibrate and display charging sign but there after will no longer display on the screen;

@CyreB You can try hard reset by holding down both power button + volume down key at the same time for like 15secs till it vibrates and boot. If you're in Lagos I can be of assistance. Contact me via 08156924841.
