Am a website Administrator of an e-commerce website, my boss was browsing through his website today, He found out this and told me to modify it. Have been wandering all around extension manager/template to modify it, all to no avail. It''s a Joomla web, how do i edit it?

By what am seeing, i believe the ecommerce store is run on the OPENCART ecommerce platform. if so, you just need to edit your index.php file and remove the div block, login to your cpanel, navigate to the template in use directory and open the "index.php" file. My hard disk has crashed else I'd have done it for you: you'd just give me your login details and you can change your security details once it's done. Why not just trust someone here to do it for you. Give whomever you chose access to the files and let them fix it. |

Btw, don't you have measures to restore your site fully should it get compromised? No back ups and other security essentials? Wetin u dey fear na? I know some platforms allow more than one site moderator to fix those issues with only one admin to access the cpanel. So, if you have such privilege, create a moderator account with adequate permissions and let someone access the dashboard and fix your stuff. Then delete the account when you're done. There is something called Teamviewer. It was in 1997 developers needed login details for little fixes of this nature. @OP, when someone fixes this for you and your boss is wowed by your "talent" and starts throwing chunks of web design/development fixes your way, how do you intend to handle that?
