Register on ....... Freee......get a domain and reliable host .....gud luck

like the other poster had said, you need to get a domain name for your blog if you intend keeping it for long.using a free host and free subdomain is like a waste of time. Most of the free host should be used for testing stuffs and learning

Get a domain... Then use jetpack plugin or buffer.
