Dude did you read the post at all? The OP said all other uniform men were looking while they evacuated the victims into an FRSC van and they were taken to the hospital. The FRS I know will never watch a victim dying without making any effort to save his or her soul

Never try that again, the police believe the have the right to get to the scene first in case their is money or other valuables in the vehicles, they believe you have come to claim their entitlement.. it is their right to be the one to pick and gain stuffs from accident scene, thats their major motive.

I am 100% certain if their WAEC results, which is the minimum requirement to join is verified. Everybody that is not an Officer will be found with forged papers.

The Nigerian Army is a gathering of illiterates, and their behavior at the scene of an accident not surprising. That said, the OP should count himself lucky that he was not shot and a locally made pistol placed by his dead body. For the sake of your life next time, just delete the pictures so that we don't have a case of another "Accidental" discharge.

In developed countries, the law enforcement agencies and the Armed forces are filled with people that the citizenry look up to. In Nigeria, everything in Uniform is a criminal. I do not trust anything in Uniform and that is why at their old age I never pity them when I see them suffering.

Imagine the police asking innocent good Samaritans for petrol? if the Nigerian Army is filled with illiterates, the Nigerian Police Force is filled with Illiterate Criminals. What is wrong with our men in Uniform? in the guise of fighting Boko Haram, our Soldiers have been busy raping women up and down in the North and these are never reported in the news as the women are termed TERRORIST WIVES.

And we wonder why the PEOPLE in Uniform are the largest DISTRIBUTORS of HIV.

On a more serious note those police officers between obajana and osara are confirmed criminals, if you ply that road often,coming from Lokoja to okene as soon as you leave obajana towards osara, before the army check point you always notice a blue Peugeot 504 police car without occupants, the car belongs to police from that FRSC office in obajana, there are many reported cases of early morning robberies by Fulani men led by uniformed men in that area.The police authority in that state cannot claim ignorance of these cases, even the New President in his inaugural speech confirmed the extra judicial killing of BH leader Yusuf MoHd as a huge factor in the menace.Change is here.

The rot in the police and army is everywhere, north,east, south and west.

If I ever find myself in such a situation, I will only use an android OS phone with auto-backup enabled and active dropbox app to take the pictures and video recordings. Even if one million military personnel asked me to delete the footage, i will promptly and gladly delete them knowing fully well that i can retrieve them from my auto-back, drop box or even my recycle bin app.

Your 100 percent assumtion will be very wrong. It will even fail the T-Test. And your hypothesis will be rejected. In the last 20 years, all soldiers results are WAEC verified. And people with degrees are even joining as recruit to earn a living than stay unemployed.

That is if Dem Neva kill you with beating. The guy in the story was even lucky they didn't seize his phone and manhandle him. I remember a case where the army was harassing people in Abuja. A man was spotted in his house taking pictures. That guy was beaten to coma n his phone destroyed. The whole house was even put under siege by the soldiers.

Not sure we read the same post. FRSC was the only set of people that helped. That is what the story said. Go back to school and ask for a refund of your school fees. You learnt nothing

America refused to assist Nigeria because of gross human rights violation by the army. This should not just be swept under the carpet as insensitivity by the Americans.

The outrage of over the impunity of the police by the callous murder of the head of the Boko Haram sect was the foundation of the present insurgency.

The military simply added fuel to it by the extermination of civilian men after hit and run or IED explosion by the terrorists.

Once a bomb goes off and a commander is killed, civilian men around the area are rounded up and kill them. What do you think the siblings and relations of these ones will do? Join the terrorists!

They make it difficult for people to help seeing how they behave

I believe the group of officers(police and military) are just there on that road waiting for innocent victims of accident or whatever to disposses of their belongings and do little or nothing to help. So those guys actually have documented their supposed loot for the day and wanted all evidence removed so it wouldn't be traced back to them in the future. It's a shameful and sad thing to know that those who are supposed to watch and safeguard lives wouldn't mind taking it for some selfish reasons. May we not be victims of accidents in Gods name.
