What have they looted? Are you a witness or just believing what WIKE is saying? This is politics and it is dirty. Wait till after 4yrs before we conclude. If WIKE is serious, let him start business and stop the noise. The time spent in names calling could be used for more positive things.
The fact remains that an incumbent claims innocent and tries always to blame ininability to 'perform, failures or just anything on the predecessor. Come to think of it, if the predecessor did "nothing" like most incumbents claim, they will meet nothing in existence, even the office they occupy. All River state needs is development. If he is real as he claims, let him start NOW!
