That's the reason why I never read at home.

The step 4 is usually with the idea that, "let me just rest in 5mins I'll be back up" and in the end its night already and if it's in the night, it's till the next morning.

Worse when its exam period, you wake up and you start feeling Shi, I never read jack and panic starts.
