So, yeah, it was online. All submitted documents were soft copies so i was given a conditional admission even though they didn't state that in my acceptance letter.

I can bet you that if the VO gets in contact with that your boss for Verification, your app will break the record for being rejected within 48 hrs of submission...lol.
