The increase in the spate of bombing is a direct result of pronouncement to relocate command center to Maiduguri. BH sense that their days are numbered already once the NA begins the onslaught. However, they will do everything before then to want to prove that they're still capable.

I wish GEJ had relocated the command center long before now.
