styles2009:You have the right to your opinion but like i said be mindful of your advice to people especially on public forum. Everybody have their reason for coming to Deutschland. some are purely for study, some hustle, some hustle and study, while some for traveling sake. Each decision will be made based on their purpose and reason. FYI i was offered admission to FSU Jena last winter semester and the only reason i didn't attend is because i couldn't get interview date with the embassy on time. |

victz:Freiburg im Brisgau is in Baden Württemberg, near the French border while Freiberg, where TU Freiberg Bergakademie is In Saxony, in former East Germany. If you are not with your blocked account don't even try venturing to the latter. Not only because its in East, apart from the school, there is actually nothing there at all. Flensburg is in Schleswig Holstein, North West Germany, in fact, the capital of the state. |

Hallo all, been following for two years now but have not really contributed before. first of all, I wanna thank everyone of you here for rendering great help to others. I just got my admission letter from Uni Hohenheim. It would have come a long time ago but I had to write another IELTS to satisfy them. Now I am preparing for my Visa application and I already have the checklist of required documents but my biggest challenge is how to provide the BIOGRAPHICAL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT such as vaccination card, Baptism card etc. I cant find any of these anymore, does any1 know what else I can use to substitute for this? or is it something one can ignore? Your contribution will help a great deal especially those who have gone through the process of visa application before. PLS HELP! |

Hello family, just to chip in something for all prospective and intending people. Do well to go through the course content of the courses being opted for in the different schools because it is possible to be presented with a program name while the course details will not be in alignment with one's expectation. Kindly do the required research. Respect to all the bosses in the house that are providing online and offline support to us (Me ) all.God bless |

Mickyboiz:Yes. The Bsc Engineering Physics is thought in English for the first year. The last two years are in German however German language lesson are compulsory and integrated in the first year. There German language is not required for admission. |

Hello DanIndan, I must confess you have spoken well and really deepened my instinct and understanding to some chances that can easily boost me but on the other hand actually I don't really have time to study the dumps/materials and as well the exam but as it's now I need to squeeze out time for that. Moreover I want to meet up for the winter admission and just English proficiency will be the remaining part just for my documents to be complete but since I got an option of a proof of proficiency then I have to emulate the chance. Definately it's in the first list of my scale of preference irrespective of the option I have now. As for the embassy I will Definitely go with the proof of the proficiency and I believe my chat and conversation might also be convincing though just thinking aloud. Once again I appreciate your response.look for to hearing again and again from u. |

Can someone please enlighten me on how the admission interview of FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg works? Just got the scope of the interview as follows: Fundamentals of: - Mathematics - Electronics - Stochastic Processes - Linear Systems Theory - Systems and Signals - Communications Are we talking general overview here or problem solving instances is to be expected. Some of these subjects (Stochastic Processes ) are quite wide and to be frank, it has been a while (Old papa youngie )Just to encourage our folks, keep at it! seek advice from the more knowledgeable members and don't despair in the face of rejection. I got rejected by Stuttgart and TUM (E pain me o make i no lie ) but as of today, CAU Kiel, TuHH (full admission) and FAU (dependent on interview) have come calling. Offenburg is still outstanding. This is just another step but it is one step closer to the goal than I was last month. God bless us all.... |

So after 3weeks of submitting my blocked account application i got a mail dat d forms are outdated and i have to send another one. Quite maddening. First of all i wonder why it took dem 3weeks to tell me dat. Inefficient. Very unlile germans. Secondly i got the forms from their site. And after comparing the new form and d old one the only difference is a new page for internal remarks. Na wa o P.S apparently they wont accept hand filled forms again. Only computer filled |

dammymayor:Interesting... The one I have has 7 pages (Deutsche Bank via this page: https://www.deutsche-bank.de/pfb/content/privatkunden/konto_international-students-en.html#myaccordion_10766 ). Under Forms (Opening a bank account/blocked account for foreign students ≥ 18 years (PDF, 311 KB) ). Can anyone kindly clarify which is the right form to use so 3weeks don't just go by. |
