Also, this notion of slim people being healthy and not needim exercise needs to be corrected. Some fat people are far mor fit and healthy than lepa people sef.

Most Nigerians would not like to hear this because they always prefer to be in denial. Rather than go to the hospital for check ups, you would see them in the worship centers praying fervently for good health and long life. Africa is the home of ignorance.
