ROSSIKE:Of course the only rebuttal you can come up with is that people do not have an idea what they are talking about, and that your opposition is only reading propaganda and dabbling in myths distributed by BBC. Because it is only you who knows the truth. Right? I'm going to need an argument more substantial than that. An argument whereby you claim that your opposition doesn't know what he/she is talking about is no argument at all. I think I've had enough of this for today. Goodbye. |

Shymm3x:Please spare me that horse manure. Go and check on the UN HDI list which you were the first to quote. Several African nations are AHEAD of Asian countries in living standards. Fact. You cannot come here and make absurd claims based on nothing but your anti-African prejudice. Don't compare India and Pakistan to any country in Africa - they're both far ahead of African countries. And leave Afghanistan out of it - that's an Arab country by classification.Sorry, Afghanistan is an ASiAN country: https://www.countries-ofthe-world.com/countries-of-asia.html Don't reject them just because they do not fit into your 'Asia is heaven' and 'Africa is hell' delusions. As for India and Pakistan being ''far ahead'' of blah blah... also GARBAGE. Their people are wallowing in near absolute poverty. Worse than Africa. It doesn't matter how much hand-me-down Chinese/Russian military technology their elite acquire, their people are still suffering. If anything those two nations are quite stup.id to allow themselves to be conned by the west into hating and arming up against each other with inferior weapons instead of using their limited resources to develop their economies. Can you cite one country in Africa that's an intellectual property? What do you mean? A country is not an ''intellectual property''. Maybe you need to rephrase your question. |

Shymm3x:My verdict is still out on Democracy as a remedy to the world. But it's tough weighing the flaws of each form of government in theory and when it's actually practiced. For the most part, the democratic experience in America is a joke, I understand that it may be different in the UK. For starter, there's yet another chance the same two families can be president of the US for the last 30 years (Bush and Clintons, Obama was merely a buffer). This reality isn't far from (3rd world) countries led by dynasties if you ask me. Secondly, using logic to pick the lesser of two evils doesnt and shouldnt work on anyone anymore. Most African Americans share views with conservative Republicans (love guns, hate same-sex marriages, hate paying higher taxes than they need, love the idea of traditional family) but the bulk of African Americans will never vote for a conservative. Personally, white conservatives are the dumbest people I ever talked politics with, they'll believe any story just to hate Obama, I'm talking to a brick wall. African Americans would vote Republican if it werent for the party's lunacy. In hindsight, every piece of legislation Obama has signed goes against African Americans' values (gay marriages and women's rights), but somehow Obama's the Black man's president. Then there's the reality that corporation and people can now dump endless piles of money into elections which has now silenced voices of normal and average wage people who'd normally donate about a thousand US dollars to a campaign. It's now foolish for one to believe that much, if any, influence comes from average donors compared to the amount of infleucne one person or company gets with a multimillion dollar check in addition to the plentiful phony grassroots and News outlets funded by big-money telling feeble minds how to think. The same thing is happening in the Niger Delta where the interest of big oil and politicians win over there. American polls show that Americans are war withdrawn, but big money from private military wont let us stop playing war games, even for Obama. There's just too much hypocrisy with Americans trying to preach Democracy while our system is broken, easily sold to the highest bidder. So then there's examples of mainly African autocracies you mentioned, ran by gluttonous black kleptomaniacs (Mugabe included, which was the inference by SaharaReporters). AAinEqGuinea = evil Obiang, depending on who you ask. It's sad that most blacks are trapped in the center black circle below..see pic. They're too busy trying to survive and are fully aware of the problems existing around them and who causes these problems, but anything's better than a iron-fisted dictator. So Blacks feel that anything outside the black circle is good for them like democracy, those who make it out the circle chase whats outside the circle to ultimately be accepted outside the circle, Most black people dont get that far, so anything's better than poverty so anything outside the black circle becomes almost celestial to them.. Mugabe, the bad guy to many who has rejected most constructs outside the black circle including democracy, but it is remains questionable how effective he is in dealing with the concerns inside his own circle, which is what my Cameroonian friend was likely insinuating when barking at the reference of Mugabe. He made it outside the circle. As an African American, I lived both.

ROSSIKE:Lol, based on the link you posted - both Cyprus and Israel are Asian countries, no? How about cite any major organisations in Asia both countries are part of? Heck, even to sports - they align with Europe. Ditto Turkey. Can you see why you need to deal practical classification and all the nonsense the British Empire re-created. If we decide to go further back, and use ya link as a premise, the present day middle east should be re-classified as being part of Africa cos that's how it has always been. So you're better off ditching that and aligning Afghans with their fellow ragheads in the middle east. ![]() Listen, I'm not anti-Africa - being anti-hate would amount to self-Africa. And as a black man with knowledge-of-self, that's something I'll never do. However, what I'll do is speak the truth - so folks can understand the reality and stop living in their own bubble and delusions. The mantra about pseudo-Afrocentricism and vacuous Pan-Africanism cum ultra-nationalism isn't my 411 - I deal with black consciousness and the ability of the black man to become aware of his limitations and unique problems, and how to look inwards to find a lasting solution. Evidently, self-denial would be the last thing on my mind. Intellectual property in terms of countries is self-explanatory: how educated the population is; problem solving ability; technological advancement; inventions in terms of patents et al; how knowledgeable the population is; etc. Yes, there a few smart book readers here and there who excel in academics from time to time - however, how have they been able to transfer that into solving their unique problems, and do they have what it takes to do it? That's the crux of the matter - and no country on the continent has what it takes, apart from a certain population in South Africa. Heck, most African countries aren't even proper nation states, and the system of government most practice looks more like putting square peg in a round hole, than something that will ever work. Africa countries still have a very long way to go. |

ROSSIKE:Do you think Zimbabweans are more interested in anti-colonial bullshit or improvements in their livelihood. He who fights and run live to fight another day. Zimbabwe is not the first country to throw out their colonial masters , why is their case the worst ? This only shows how intelligent Mugabe is. If he has shown a little bit of tactfullness and diplomacy rather than painting everything in "We vs them" color , no one will be interested in placing unending sanctions on Zimbabwe. A wise general always choose hisbasttles carefully. |
| Re: Robert Mugabe Sleeping At Buhari’s Inauguration: Pic Released By Saharareporters by Nobody: 8:06am On Jun 03, 2015 |
neocortex:The ''anti-colonial bullshiit'' means that the white minority no longer own the land, with blacks peasants and tenants on their ancestral soil, as was the case. That will improve (sorry, has improved) the liveihoods of the majority. So the ''anti colonial bullshiit'' cannot be divorced from ''improvements in livelihood''. You can't have the latter without the former. In other words, at some point you have to stop playing the happy smiley, conciliatory slave to whitey, and stand up for your people. He who fights and run live to fight another day.You need to go and study the recent history of Zimbabwe carefully. You simply do not know the motivations of the ruling party and the people there. Shymm3x:Right, so only white folks in South Africa ''have what it takes'' to solve problems and move their country forward? Can't you see you're just an apologist for white racism? Kindly spare me your racist trash. All races are equally endowed with the capacity for progress. That is something YOU need to get into your skull and quit playing the racist's game. As it stands, economically, South Africa is slowing down while nations like Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia and Nigeria, are posting GDP growth rates approaching 7% per annum. I know you will dismiss all that on some grounds or the other. They are black Africa of course so all indicators of progress must be 'bogus' in your book. Doesn't matter if Kenya's infrastructure is rapidly improving. Doesn't matter if manufacturing and agriculture in Nigeria are seeing their biggest upswing in decades, Doesn't matter if Ethiopia is experiencing a retail and construction boom. Doesn't matter if Malawi and Rwanda are witnessing an IT revolution. No..... they are all black so whatever progress ongoing there is ''bogus''. Only Asia and whites can make progress. That's how your brain works. And you need to sort it out. African Progress noted by Global Media: Quiet boom in manufacturing Taking place in Africa: (The Economist) http://www.economist.com/news/middle-east-and-africa/21595949-if-africas-economies-are-take-africans-will-have-start-making-lot Made in Africa cars Designed and manfuactured in Africa: (Forbes) http://www.forbes.com/sites/faraigundan/2015/01/31/made-in-africa-three-cars-designed-and-manufactured-in-africa/ How African manufacturing output has DOUBLED in the last ten years: (African Economic Outlook) http://www.africaneconomicoutlook.org/en/theme/emerging-partners/industrialisation-debt-and-governance-more-fear-than-harm/new-opportunities-for-african-manufacturing/ Innovations out of Africa http://www.vodafone-institut.de/economic-participation/17/innovations-out-of-africa.html Africa's Quiet Agricultural Revolution: http://www.thisisafricaonline.com/News/Africa-s-quiet-agricultural-revolution?ct=true |

ROSSIKE:While some of your points are correct, your assertions that Mugabe improved Zimbabweans' life is erroneous. Zimbabwean rank high in global fragile state index and before you dismiss this as white propaganda , you might want to recall what the recent South Africa's xenophobic attacks exposed about Zimbabwe. Most of those affected were from Zimbabwe , if their life has been improved and they are proud to own the land Zimbabwe "unbiasedly" distributed , they will have no business trooping to South Africa. Lastly , you might want to ponder on why Cuba is recently trying to open up to the west after long years of labelling them devils. |

AAinEqGuinea:Lol, you nailed it. Most of the clowns on this forum don't really understand what "democracy" entails, and they just peddle whatever MSM (mainstream media) indoctrinate them, or what western leaders say is wrong. When the great Fela Kuti called "democracy" the demonstration of craziness - he never told a lie. It's basically a game of number, whereby majority always carry the vote...and if the "majority" who happen to be Mugabe's Shona ethnic group, with a whopping 82% keep voting for him - who are we to say that it isn't "democracy"? Yes, he has been there for too long, but how is it different from the "democracy" in America whereby the Democrats and the Rebublicans (the crips in blue and bloods in red) keep changing powers between each other, two sides to the same coin, albeit one isn't as hawkish as the other (the DemoCRIPS are even just as hawkish as the ReBLOODlicans these day, hence the term neo-liberal)? Now you have the Clinton-Bush dynasty - ultimately turning the country into an estate run by two families. How is it different from the constitutional monarchy in the UK? Oh no, according to these weasels, the Queen is a "ceremonial leader" - but she's so ceremonial, she's the head of the government and she has to give the Queen's speech before the UK does anything. She's so ceremonial before any law is passed, there has to be a Royal Assent. She's so ceremonial Prince William automatically became the head of the English FA. How is it different from Angel Merkel and the position of the German Chancellor with no term limit - and she has been there for 10 years now, and on course to be there for at least 15 years, and till she dies if she stays winning? AAs are no different from Africans. They have always been Republicans and I believe the fact that most them, especially the women, and their undying love for Christianity and Church - share more in common with Republicans. But I believe President Lyndon Johnson and the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 made them jump-ship to the democratic party, and they never looked back. Also, subsequent republican presidents never helped, especially Ronald Reagan and his crimes. Then Bill Clinton and his deceitful self came on the scene and sealed it for them, with a lot of fraudulent policies - while destroying the same people at the same time - especially the racist war on drugs policy and subsequent mass incarceration of black folks. Thus further enhancing the prison industrial complex. Classic herd mentality if you ask me. |

ROSSIKE:Unabashedly, white folks in South Africa are the intellectual property of that country and the ones responsible for the technological advancement of it. I'm not ashamed to say it. Black folks just don't have what it takes...and it has nothing to do with natural gifts, both mentally and physically cos we might even be more gifted than white folks. It's just a mentality/psychological thing - and the same reason why the average African is labelled an intellectual scum. The inability to proffer indigenous solutions to their own problems and the "white is always right" syndrome. The same mentality that has been displayed on this thread, especially the "ibsgal" poster and what she posited, which might be one of the most ridiculous and hypocritical things I've ever read in my life. See the difference between the average white person and a black person is that: despite possessing the same skills, the average white person horns his/her skills for problem solving. While the average black person just indoctrinate himself/herself with enough junk, just to fit in somewhere and celebrate non-achievement. That's why when white people celebrate ground breaking innovations/inventions - black folks are busy celebrating someone who acquired a first class degree. While white folks celebrate owning big companies - black folks celebrate getting a job in a Fortune 500 company. Furthermore, that's possible because of the innate white privilege and racial superiority, and the "white is right" syndrome. So everything they do is based on proffering solutions to problems and trying to overtly/covertly force everyone to buy into it, to maintain racial dominance. African/black people are raised to buy into it, by fitting in somewhere, thus negating their willingness to maximize their own unique gifts to find solutions to their unique problems. And it has become a vicious cycle. Evidently, they will always be in an advantageous position. Stop posting pseudo-achievements and vacuous progress. The whole continent is a century behind. What IT revolution are you alluding to? Africa has even started yet - but the world has moved to artificial intelligence. You're still crawling, not walking, when it comes to IT. What innovations? You mean technologies that are over 100 years old? Agricultural revolution - where? You mean the same Africa where the EU keeps buying up all the prime-land, and they're already thinking 50 years ahead of you? Heck, even the lands both Oxford and Cambridge Universities have in Africa alone can feed the whole continent. You better wake up, black man. They will soon be in control of the vast water reservoir on the continent - and that's when they will start selling the water in Africa to Africans - then shiit will hit the fan. ![]() |

ROSSIKE This is your Agricultural revolution (they done buy all the lands in Africa, while Africans remain in abject poverty smh. And I didn't include the ones owned by the EU, European millionaires/billionaires, China, and the US): Indian farming companies have bought hundreds of thousands of hectares in Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Senegal and Mozambique, where they are growing rice, sugar cane, maize and lentils for their own domestic market back in India. |
