You will understand that South Africa has just one finance minister out of 53 that voted in Africa for a president to emerge. America, IMF and EU who are powerful stake holders in the bank were persuaded by NOI to have Adesina emerge...I dont know NOI but Adesina's victory was powered by her....If anyone here knows Adesina personally ask him.
